In the Face of History charts the convulsions of 20th-century Europe from the First World War to the fall of communist and fascist dictatorships. The show brings iconic photographers such as Robert Doisneau and Eugène Atget and contemporary artists such as Boris Mikhailov and Jitka Hanzlová.
